Certain places know winters rather cold, until - 25°C in 3000~4000m.
Summers are better with in general 15°C to 25°C, and thaw manages to go up very in altitude, beyond 5000m high.

Lowland of north of India.

I top up places located in lowland here but which are made right in front of the Himalayases there. This allows to realize temperatures of the lowland and of them linked up with the temperatures of altitude located on this page, just below.
On the West, winters are cool, 10 in 20°C the day, and close to jellies at night. The winter is short and the summer quickly returns with 30°C in 40°C from March till September. More in the East, towards Bangladesh, winters and summers are softer and less marked: 15 in 25°C in winter, 25 in 35°C in summer.
